Jonatan R. Ruiz

Education and Work Experience
Jonatan Ruiz is an scientist in physical activity and fitness epidemiology in young people. His background is in exercise science, and he received his PhD in Physiology of Exercise at the University of Granada (Spain), and his PhD in Medical Sciences at the Karolinska Institutet (Sweden).
Current Research and Projects
His research focuses on the role of physical activity and fitness in the development of obesity and related cardiovascular diseases in children and adolescents.
